某高校2017-2022年新生入学体检肺结核检出情况分析

摘　　要：目的分析某高校2017-2022年新生入学体检肺结核检出情况,为高校肺结核防控工作提供参考依据。方法将某高校2017-2022年参加入学体检的本科新生共40002人作为研究对象,对其进行肺结核可疑症状筛查和胸部X线片检查。分析各年间肺结核检出率及变化趋势。结果2017-2022年新生入学体检共检出活动性肺结核19例,平均检出率为47.50/10万,高于该校在校学生肺结核年均发病率(16.51/10万)。检出的结核患者以无症状肺结核为主(16例,占84.21%)。2017-2022年新生入学体检肺结核检出率总体呈下降趋势。对入学体检检出的肺结核患者的密切接触者进行筛查,均未发现续发病例。结论新生入学体检活动性肺结核检出率高,且以早期无症状病例为主;检出率总体呈下降趋势。高校应重视新生入学体检在肺结核防控方面的必要性,同时也应加强肺结核的防控措施。Objective This study was aimed at analyzing the detection of pulmonary tuberculosis among first-year students at a University from 2017 to 2022,to provide a reference for the prevention and control of pulmonary tuberculosis at the university.Methods The participants were 40002 first-year students who received physical examinations between 2017 and 2022.Screening for symptoms suspicious of pulmonary tuberculosis and chest X-ray examinations were conducted.The detection rate and the trends in detection rate changes across study years were analyzed.Results From 2017 to 2022,19 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis were detected in first-year student enrollment physical examinations;the average annual detection rate was 47.50/100000,exceeding the average annual incidence rate of pulmonary tuberculosis among students at the school(16.51/100000).The detected tuberculosis cases were primarily asymptomatic pulmonary tuberculosis(cases accounting for 84.21%).The tuberculosis detection rate during the physical examinations decreased from 2017 to 2022.Close contacts of students with pulmonary tuberculosis detected during an entrance examination were screened,and no further cases were identified.Conclusions The tuberculosis detection rate during the first-year student enrollment physical examinations was high and comprised primarily early asymptomatic cases.The tuberculosis detection rate decreased over the study period.Universities should prioritize physical examinations of new students to aid in the prevention and control of pulmonary tuberculosis,and current prevention and control measures should be further strengthened.
