摘　　要：随着社会的不断发展,建筑业的技术也在不断更替,装配式建筑出现了快速发展,同时对于装配式建筑的怀疑和误解也居高不下,人们对于装配式建筑存在明显建筑技术认知差异。因此,人们认知差异性的研究对于整个行业的发展具有重要意义。以建筑工人、居民住户为研究对象,研究目标主要为:①识别研究对象对装配式建筑的误解;②探究研究对象认知差异性的影响因素;③改善研究对象对装配式建筑认知的措施。基于问卷调查法和文献综述法,通过统计分析得出:安全性误解是影响装配式建筑的主要影响因素。With the continuous development of society,the technology of the construction industry is also constantly changing,prefabricated buildings have developed rapidly,and the suspicion and misunderstanding of prefabricated buildings are also high,and people s cognition of prefabricated buildings is obviously different.Therefore,the study of people s cognitive differences is of great significance for the development of the entire industry.Taking construction workers and residential households as the research objects,the main research objectives are:①to identify people s misunderstandings about prefabricated buildings;②explore the influencing factors of people s cognitive differences;③Measures to improve people s awareness of prefabricated buildings.Based on the questionnaire survey method and the literature review method,it is concluded through statistical analysis that safety misunderstanding is the main influencing factor affecting prefabricated buildings.
