摘  要:目的:为越野滑雪运动员科学化训练及优化机能监测提供参考。方法:采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、测试法、数理统计法、灰色关联分析法等研究方法,对8名越野滑雪运动员进行负荷监控并进行关联度分析。结果:HB值在专项强化期呈波动性变化,女运动员的HB值第3周、第6周显著降低(P<0.01,P<0.05),第4周男女运动员的HB值均显著提高(P<0.05,P<0.01),BUN值在专项强化期内男女运动员均未超过8.4 mmoL/L;T、C值变化幅度较小,男运动员仅第7周的C值显著性提高(P<0.05),女运动员第3周、第5周的C值显著性降低(P<0.01,P<0.05);专项强化期,男运动员的HB值(0.987 1)灰色关联度最高,女运动员Hb(0.859 4)值关联度最高。结论:越野滑雪运动员专项强化期应重点关注Hb指标的变化;在专项强化期间,通过监测运动员的机能指标,能够有效辅助训练,使运动员的各项身体机能达到最佳状态。OBJECTIVE:This study aims to provide reference points for the scientific training and optimized functional monitoring of cross-country sking athletes.METHODS:The study employed literature research method,expert interview,testing,mathematical statistics,and grey relational analysis to monitor the load and conduct relational analysis on 8 cross-country sking athletes.RESULTS:During the specific strengthening period,the HB value exhibited fluctuating changes,with a significant decrease in the third and sixth weeks for female athletes(P<0.01,P<0.05),and a significant increase in the fourth week for both male and female athletes(P<0.05,P<0.01).The BUN value did not exceed 8.4 mmol/L for male and female athletes during the specific strengthening period.The T and C values showed minimal changes,with a significant increase in the C value only in the seventh week for male athletes(P<0.05),and significant decreases in the C value in the third and fifth weeks for female athletes(P<0.01,P<0.05).During the specific strengthening period,the grey relational degree of the HB value was highest for male athletes(0.9871),and for female athletes,the HB value had the highest relational degree(0.8594).CONCLUSION:Attention should be focused on the changes in the HB index during the specific strengthening period for cross-country sking athletes.Monitoring athletes'functional indicators during this period can effectively assist training and enable athletes to achieve optimal physical condition.
