摘  要:目的:探讨肌内效贴对前臂肌肉运动性疲劳的恢复作用。方法:采用文献资料法、实验法、数理统计法等研究方法,招募20名健康的大学生作为受试者,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组10人,实验组在对照组的基础上使用肌内效贴进行贴扎,通过重复多次的节拍手指操诱发运动性疲劳。采集受试者在运动中指浅肌和指伸肌的肌电图数据,以积分肌电图(integral Electromyogram, iEMG)和均方根振幅(Root Mean Square, RMS)为指标进行数据对比。采用配对t检验,并以P<0.05作为差异显著性水平。结果:在屈肌iEMG比较时,实验采用的贴扎策略对于作用部位相较于未贴扎实验有显著性差异(P<0.05);对于参与运动负荷但未贴扎部位,实验组与对照组没有显示出显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:正确的肌内效贴贴法对于缓解和恢复运动性疲劳具有显著的促进作用。OBJECTIVE:This study aims to examine the effects of kinesiology tape on the recovery from exercise-induced forearm muscle fatigue.METHODS:The study employs literature research method,experimentation,and statistical analysis.Twenty healthy university students were recruited as participants and randomly assigned to either an experimental group or a control group,with 10 participants in each group.The experimental group received kinesiology tape application in addition to the protocol followed by the control group.Repetitive finger exercises were used to induce muscle fatigue.Electromyographic(EMG)data were collected from the flexor digitorum superficialis and extensor digitorum muscles,and were analyzed using integral electromyogram(iEMG)and root mean square(RMS)amplitude as indicators.A paired t-test was conducted,with a significance level set at P<0.05.Results:The comparison of iEMG for the flexor muscles revealed a significant difference in the taped area within the experimental group compared to the non-taped condition in the control group(P<0.05).However,for the muscles that were involved in the exercise but not taped,no significant difference was observed between the experimental and control groups(P>0.05).CONCLUSION:The correct application of kinesiology tape significantly promotes the alleviation and recovery of exercise-induced muscle fatigue.
