关于农耕文化赋能乡村产业融合发展的几点思考

摘　　要：农耕文化泛指与农耕生产相关的综合性的知识形态和文化表征,其最直接的表现形式是重要农业文化遗产和乡村非物质文化遗产,因其显著的地域性、意义和价值的多层面性以及低成本的可叠加性等特征而具有强大的使能性,是赋能乡村产业融合发展的重要资源和有力杠杆。乡村产业融合发展面临同质化竞争等严峻挑战,亟需发挥农耕文化的赋能作用。农耕文化赋能乡村产业融合发展的行动策略可以概括为三大步骤,即“普查”“链接”和“激活”。通过对农耕文化的“普查”并将其与现代生活和乡村产业发展相“链接”,有助于“激活”农耕文化和农业农村资源的巨大潜能,让历史悠久的农耕文化在新时代展现其魅力和风采,进而赋能乡村农工文旅产业融合创新,整体推动农业农村新质生产力发展。Farming culture refers to the comprehensive knowledge form and cultural representa-tion related to agricultural production,and its most direct manifestation is the significant agricul-tural cultural heritage and rural intangible cultural heritage.It has strong enabling characteristics such as significant regionality,multi-faceted significance and value,and low-cost superposition,which is an important resource and powerful lever to empower the integrated development of ru-ral industries.The integrated development of rural industries is facing severe challenges such as homogeneous competition,and it is urgent to give full play to the enabling role of farming cul-ture,an“Intangible Cultural Heritage”.The action strategy of farming culture to empower the integrated development of rural industries can be summarized into three steps,namely“sur-vey”,“link”and“activation”.Through the“survey”of farming culture and its“link”with modern life and rural industry development,it will help to“activate”the huge potential of farm-ing culture and agricultural and rural resources,so that the long-standing farming culture can show its charm and style in the new era,and then empower the integration and innovation of ru-ral agriculture,industry,culture and tourism industries,and promote the development of new quality productivity in agriculture and rural areas as a whole.
