摘　　要：紫茉莉科作为石竹目中重要的观赏类植物群,拥有重要的多元应用价值,植物组织培养是紫茉莉科植物资源实现价值的重要手段,然而整个组培过程中还是存在很多品种出现生根困难、根系纤维不发达等现象,导致繁殖系数小、移栽成活率低。本研究阐述了近些年紫茉莉科植物的应用概况;阐述了组培苗生根的生理及分子机理;从植物种类和基因型及植物材料生理状态分析了影响紫茉莉科组培苗生根的内部因素,从培养基类型、植物生长调节剂及培养条件分析了影响紫茉莉科组培苗生根的外部因素;最后从培养方式、酶活性、分子生物学三个角度提出目前关于紫茉莉科植物组织生根研究中的欠缺不足及发展方向,以望为紫茉莉科植物生根开辟新思路,以期对紫茉莉科植物产业发展有所脾益。As an important ornamental plant group in Caryophyllales,Nyctaginaceae has important multiple application value.Plant tissue culture is an important means to realize the value of Nyctaginaceae plant resources.However,there are still many problems in the whole process of tissue culture,such as rooting difficulties and underdeveloped root fiber,which lead to low propagation coefficient and low survival rate of transplanting.This study reviews the application of Nyctaginaceae in recent years.The physiological and molecular mechanism of rooting of tissue culture seedlings were expounded.The internal factors influencing the rooting of tissue culture seedlings of Nyctaginaceae were analyzed from the aspects of plant species,genotypes and physiological state of plant materials.The external factors influencing the rooting of tissue culture seedlings of Nyctaginaceae were analyzed from the aspects of medium types,plant growth regulators and culture conditions.Finally,from the perspectives of culture mode,enzyme activity and molecular biology,the deficiency and development direction of tissue rooting research of Nyctaginaceae were put forward,in order to open up new ideas for the rooting of Nyctaginaceae plants,and to benefit the industrial development of Nyctaginaceae plants.
