摘　　要：随着全球化进程的加速,种业市场集中度的变化趋势及其对农业发展的影响成为经济学研究的重要议题。本研究以中国化工集团收购先正达为案例,探讨了这一跨国并购事件如何影响种业市场集中度,进而对农业生产效率、种子质量和创新能力产生影响。通过对中国化工集团和先正达的背景调研,分析了收购过程、收购后市场集中度的变化,以及并购行为对市场竞争格局、产品多样性和创新能力的长期影响。此外,本研究还从经济学角度解释了市场集中度提高的原因和效应,探讨了政策和监管在调节市场集中度、保护竞争和促进创新中的作用。本研究旨在为理解全球种业市场变化提供理论和实证分析,为政策制定者提供加强市场监管、促进竞争和创新的政策建议,具有重要的理论意义和实践价值。With the acceleration of globalization,the trend of changing market concentration in the seed industry and its impact on agricultural development have become important topics in economic research.This study investigates the cross-border acquisition event of ChemChina's acquisition of Syngenta and how it affects the market concentration in the seed industry,thereby impacting agricultural production efficiency,seed quality,and innovation capabilities.Through background research on ChemChina and Syngenta,the study details the acquisition process,changes in market concentration post-acquisition,and the long-term effects of the acquisition behavior on market competition patterns,product diversity,and innovation capabilities.Furthermore,this study explains from an economic perspective the reasons and effects of increased market concentration and discusses the role of policies and regulation in adjusting market concentration,protecting competition,and promoting innovation.This research aims to provide theoretical and empirical analysis for understanding the changes in the global seed industry market,offering policy recommendations for policymakers to strengthen market regulation,promote competition,and foster innovation,possessing significant theoretical and practical value.
