摘　　要：本研究深入剖析了国家南繁硅谷在国家粮食安全战略中的战略地位及其功能,重点考察了种子企业特别是国投种业科技有限公司在此战略框架下的责任与贡献。通过对国投种业的创立背景、战略发展轨迹,以及在种质资源开发与品种改良领域的创新成就进行深入分析,揭示了种子企业在促进农业可持续性发展和确保粮食自给自足中的战略地位。进一步探讨了种子企业在应对全球化挑战、加强知识产权保护和深化国际科技合作方面的策略。本研究提出了提升种子企业创新能力和竞争力的政策建议,旨在对未来种业科技进步与产业变革提供有效依据。This study provides an in-depth analysis of the strategic position and functions of the Nanfan Agricultural Silicon Valley in the national food security strategy,with a focus on examining the responsibilities and contributions of seed enterprises,especially Guotou Seed Industry Technology Co.,Ltd.,within this strategic framework.Through an in-depth analysis of the establishment background,strategic development trajectory,and innovative achievements in germplasm resource development and variety improvement of the State Investment Seed Industry,the strategic position of seed enterprises in promoting sustainable agricultural development and ensuring food self-sufficiency is revealed.Further exploration was conducted on the strategies of seed enterprises in addressing the challenges of globalization,strengthening intellectual property protection,and deepening international scientific and technological cooperation.This study proposes policy recommendations to enhance the innovation capability and competitiveness of seed enterprises,aiming to provide effective basis for future technological progress and industrial transformation in the seed industry.
