摘 要:采用机械搅拌铸造法制备了石墨烯增强铝基复合材料,并系统研究了不同石墨烯含量对复合材料显微组织、力学性能以及耐磨性能的影响。结果表明,随着石墨烯含量的增加,铝基复合材料中α-Al相的晶粒细化明显,并在添加质量分数为1.0%时,达到最佳效果;但当添加量进一步增加到1.5%时,会出现石墨烯团聚的现象。当石墨烯添加量为1.0%时,复合材料的力学性能最好,硬度从HV 95提高到HV 130,复合材料的屈服强度和抗拉强度(201 MPa、254 MPa)比基体(119 MPa、201 MPa)分别提高了68.9%、25.7%。在摩擦磨损实验中发现,石墨烯添加量为1.0%的复合材料相较于其他复合材料的磨损率最低,磨损面形貌最好。The graphene-reinforced aluminum matrix composites were prepared by mechanical stir casting,and the effects of different graphene contents on the microstructure,mechanical properties and wear resistance of the composites were systematically investigated.The results show that the refinement of theα-Al phase in the composites is obvious with the increase of graphene addition and the best effect is achieved at the 1.0%addition of graphene.However,the graphene agglomeration is observed in the composites when the gra⁃phene addition is further increased to 1.5%.When the graphene addition is 1.0%,the mechanical properties of the composites are best,the hardness increases from HV 95 to HV 130.In addition,the yield and tensile strengths of the composites(201 MPa,254 MPa)are 68.9%and 25.7%higher than those of the matrix(119 MPa,201 MPa),respectively.In the wear experiments,it is found that the com⁃posite with 1.0%graphene addition has the lowest wear rate and the best wear surface morphology compared to the other composites.
