摘 要:以煤直接液化沥青为碳源,通过低温高压硫化和炭化制备了掺硫沥青基炭微球。探讨了炭化温度对掺硫沥青基炭微球的形态、组成、微观结构和储钠性能的影响。结果表明,所得沥青炭富含大量微球,硫含量丰富,600℃下硫原子百分数高达8.48%。随着炭化温度的升高,所得沥青炭的硫含量逐渐降低,比表面积增加到301.79 m^(2)/g,层间距为0.3731 nm。700℃炭化所得沥青炭储钠性能最佳,在25 mA·g^(-1)的电流密度下,首次充电比容达到435.5 mAh/g,首次库伦效率达64.46%;在0.5 A/g电流密度下经过1 000次循环后仍然具有209.2 mAh/g的可逆容量,表现出优异的循环稳定性。其优异的储钠性能得益于其兼具有高的硫含量、大的层间距以及合适的孔隙结构。Sulfur doped pitch based carbon microspheres were prepared by low-temperature and high-pressure sulfurization and car⁃bonization using coal direct liquefied pitch as the carbon source.The effects of carbonization temperature on the microscopic morpholo⁃gy,structure and electrochemical properties of sulfur doped pitch based carbon microspheres were investigated.The results show that the resulting pitch based carbon has a large number of microspheres with abundant sulfur content,and the sulfur content of the pitch based carbon obtained from carbonization at 600℃is as high as 8.48%(atomic percent).With the increase of carbonization temperature,the sulfur content of the pitch based carbon gradually decreases,and both the specific surface area and layer spacing gradually increases,the specific surface area increases to 301.79 m^(2)/g,and the interlayer spacing is 0.3731 nm.The pitch based carbon obtained at 700℃has the best sodium storage performance.The specific capacity reaches 435.5 mAh·g^(-1) at a current density of 25 mA·g^(-1) with the first coulombic efficiency of 64.46%.When the current density is 0.5 A·g^(-1),a reversible specific capacity of the pitch based carbon is still 209.2 mAh·g^(-1) after 1000 cycles.The excellent sodium storage performance is attributed to its high sulfur content,large layer spacing,and suitable pore structure.
