摘  要:在溶剂热条件下,通过优化乌洛托品含量、酚醛浓度、溶剂种类、反应温度4个因素,成功制备了热塑性酚醛基凝胶(TPGs)。经过炭化,TPGs转变为热塑性酚醛基炭凝胶(TPCGs)。所制备的TPCGs具有丰富的孔隙,并展现出由大量碳质纳米结节组成的三维珊瑚状微观结构。测试结果表明,TPCGs是典型的无定型炭材料,比表面积为197.5 m^(2)/g,孔径主要集中在1~5 nm。TPCGs具有优异的超疏水性和较高的汽油吸附能力。本研究为炭凝胶的制备提供了一种新的、有效的方法。Thermoplastic phenolic-based gels(TPGs)were successfully synthesized under solvothermal condition via optimizing four factors including hexamethylenetetramine(HMTA)content,phenolic concentration,solvent and reaction temperature.The TPGs can be easily converted into thermoplastic phenolic-based carbon gels(TPCGs)after carbonization.The obtained TPCGs are highly porous and exhibit 3D coral-like microstructures composing of abundant carbonaceous nano-nodules.Tests indicate that the TPCGs are typical amorphous carbon material,having a specific surface area of 197.5 m^(2)/g and pore sizes mainly ranging from 1 to 5 nm.Besides,the TPCGs show excellent superhydrophobic property and high organic liquids adsorption capacity,making it a good candidate for oils ad⁃sorbent.This work has provided a new and effective method to synthesize carbon gels.
