摘 要:针对食品安全日益复杂的监管需求,本文基于统一社会信用代码数据库优势,厘清校园食品经营者底数,构建起校园食品安全大数据分析工具,探索建立食品生产经营者食品安全信用档案,强化事前防范和事中监管。此外,结合信用监管大数据,对重点区域、趋势性问题进行及时的风险提示,进一步提升校园食品安全信用监管效能。本文不仅为校园食品安全监管提供了切实有效的技术参考,还为大数据与智能技术在食品安全智慧监管领域的融合应用提供了新的思路,对于全社会食品安全水平的提升具有重要的价值和意义。Facing increasingly complex regulatory needs of food safety,this paper based on the advantages of unified social credit identifier database,clarifies the base data of food business operator for campus,builds big data analysis tools for campus food safety,explores the establishment of credit documents for food producers and operators,and strengthens pre-prevention and in-process supervision.In addition,combined with the big data of credit supervision,timely risk alerts for key regions and protential problems are carried out to further improve the efficiency of campus food safety credit supervision.This paper not only provides practical and effective technical reference for campus food safety supervision,but also provides a new idea for the application on the integration of big data and intelligent technology in the field of food safety intelligent supervision,which has important value and significance for the improvement of food safety level in the whole society.
