摘 要:国内外致密油储层通过采用水平井+段内多簇限流+大规模体积压裂方式取得了较好的效果,但随着压裂规模的逐步增大,簇间应力干扰和炮眼磨蚀作用进一步加强,导致簇间改造不均匀程度加剧。为保证段内多簇均匀充分改造,通过建立段内多簇压裂裂缝扩展数值模型,分别模拟施工排量、加砂过程中砂浓度、各簇射孔孔数及各簇射孔孔径四项参数对裂缝均匀扩展的影响,为水平井段内多簇限流射孔及施工参数优化提供了依据,对于促进多簇裂缝均衡扩展及提升压裂效果具有重要意义。Good results have been achieved in tight oil reservoirs at home and abroad by using multi-cluster limited flow perforation and large-scale volume fracturing in horizontal wells.However,with the gradual increase of fracture scale,the stress interference between clusters and the abrasion effect of the perforation will be further strengthened,which will lead to the uneven degree of transformation between clusters.Therefore,how to ensure the uniform and sufficient transformation of multi-clusters within the segment has become the focus of fracturing optimization design.Therefore,a numerical model of multi-cluster fracturing propagation is established to simulate the effects of sand concentration,construction displacement,perforation number and perforation aperture of each cluster on fracturing propagation.It provides a basis for the optimization of multi-cluster limited flow perforation and construction parameters,and has a good guidance for promoting the balanced expansion of multi-cluster fractures and improving the fracturing effect.
