摘　　要：热交换器(又称换热器)常常会产生内部泄漏,影响换热效果,影响生产安全正常运行,因此需要实施一系列有效的防护措施,预防或者治理该类问题。本文简单阐述了乙烯装置塔顶冷凝器的腐蚀类型,提出了几点防护措施,为从事炼油厂热交换器维修保养及管理的人员提供一定的参考与借鉴。Heat exchangers often produce internal leakage,which affects the heat transfer effect and affects the safe and normal operation of production.Therefore,a series of effective protective measures need to be implemented to prevent or control such problems.This paper briefly describes the corrosion types of the overhead condenser in the ethylene plant.This paper puts forward some protective measures to provide some reference for the personnel engaged in the maintenance and management of the heat exchanger in the refinery.
