摘  要:目前,国内已发生多起建成未投产输油管道在放置一段时间后,在即将投产前的试压过程中发生泄漏的事故。经分析,管道泄漏形式均为内腐蚀穿孔。产生内腐蚀的原因为管道建成试压扫水后,未进行干燥处理且封存及后续管理措施不到位,使得管道内壁发生腐蚀。经国内外相关标准对比分析,发现国内现有施工方法的不足,并结合国内外相关标准和及施工单位先进做法,从管道清洁处理措施、压力试验、干燥和封存、延迟投产期间检测和监测四个方面给出延迟投产管道内腐蚀防控方法,为延迟投产管道的失效预防和完整性管理提供参考。Currently,there have been multiple accidents in China where oil pipelines that have not been put into operation have leaked during the pressure testing process before being put into operation after being placed for a period of time.The reason for internal corrosion is that the pipeline was not dried after pressure testing and water sweeping,and the sealing and subsequent management measures were not perfect,resulting in corrosion on the inner wall of the pipeline.After comparing and analyzing relevant domestic and foreign standards,it was found that there are shortcomings in existing construction methods in China.Based on relevant domestic and foreign standards and advanced practices of construction units,corrosion prevention and control methods for delayed operation pipelines were proposed from four aspects:pipeline cleaning measures,pressure testing,drying and sealing,and detection and monitoring during delayed operation,providing reference for failure prevention and integrity management of delayed operation pipelines.
