摘 要:烟气余热回收是提高火力发电厂机组热效率的一项重要技术。在机组改造过程中,排烟温度降低会加剧烟气冷凝水对烟囱、烟道的腐蚀,对机组运行产生较大安全隐患。为确保机组安全稳定运行,需对机组余热锅炉尾部烟道、烟囱进行防腐改造。针对余热锅炉尾部烟道烟气不同工况,采用不同工艺防腐涂料的方式,隔绝内壁钢筒与湿烟气及冷凝水的接触,从而起到防腐作用。本文就燃气电厂实际改造过程中的防腐改造方案进行阐述,旨在为弹性(韧性)高分子防腐内衬材料的实际应用提供参考。Flue gas waste heat recovery is an important technology to improve the thermal efficiency of thermal power plant units.In the process of unit modification,the reduction of exhaust temperature will exacerbate the corrosion offlue gas condensate on the chimney andflue,which will cause a greater safety hazard to the unit operation.In order to ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit,it is necessary to carry out anticorrosion modification of the tailflue and chimney of the unit’s waste heat boiler.For different conditions offlue gas in the tailflue of waste heat boilers,different processes of anticorrosion coatings are used to isolate the inner wall steel cylinder from contact with wetflue gas and condensate,thus providing anticorrosion protection.This paper describes the anticorrosion transformation program in the actual transformation process of gas power plants,aiming to provide reference for the practical application of elastic(toughness)polymer anticorrosion lining materials.
