摘 要:通过对3LPE/PP防腐钢管水冷却工艺研究,对防腐层表面温度进行监测,对生产线现状进行分析,找到生产过程中存在的问题,并进行系统技术创新和优化,增强管道水冷系统的冷却能力,有效解决生产过程中防腐管出管表面温度过高、质量不达标的问题,同时提高生产效率。成果应用到其它规格钢管和双金属复合管的防腐冷却工艺。By researching the water cooling process of 3LPE/PP anti-corrosion steel pipes,the surface temperature of the anti-corrosion layer are monitored,the current situation of the production line are analyzed,the problems of the production process are identified,the systematic technological innovation and optimization are carried out,the cooling capacity of the pipeline water cooling system is enhanced,the problem of high surface temperature and substandard quality of the anti-corrosion pipe outlet during the production process are solved effectively,and improving production efficiency.The results are applied to the anti-corrosion cooling process of other steel pipes and bimetallic composite pipes.
