生态文明背景下公共机构节能管理对策研究——以乐山市为例

摘　　要：节能是生态文明建设的重要内容,是推进碳达峰碳中和、促进高质量发展的重要支撑。我国公共机构数量庞大,能源和资源的消耗量巨大,在节能领域具有较大的潜能,研究公共机构节能管理具有重要意义。本文以生态文明建设为背景,以乐山市公共机构节能管理为研究对象,进行了公共机构节能管理研究。详细探讨了公共机构能源资源消费现状、制度文化建设现状及节能管理成效,指出了公共机构在节能管理人员、管理模式及节能新方法等方面存在的问题,针对存在的问题提出了加强公共机构节能管理的对策建议。Energy conservation is an important content of ecological civilization construction and an important support for promoting carbon neutrality and high-quality development in peak carbon dioxide emissions.There are a large number of public institutions in China,and the con-sumption of energy and resources is huge,which has great potential in the field of energy conser-vation.It is of great significance to study the energy conservation management of public institu-tions.Based on the construction of ecological civilization,this paper studies the energy-saving management of public institutions in Leshan City.This paper probes into the present situation of energy resource consumption,institutional culture construction and energy-saving management effect of public institutions in detail,points out the problems existing in energy-saving manage-ment personnel,management mode and new energy-saving methods of public institutions,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for strengthening energy-saving management of public institutions.
