摘 要:探索了好氧颗粒污泥(AGS)处理碳氮比为5的模拟废水的脱氮效果。通过单因素试验探究了污泥浓度、外投碳源浓度及接种自养AGS质量占比对总无机氮(TIN)去除率的影响,确定各影响因素适宜的范围为:污泥浓度在4000~6000 mg/L,外投碳源浓度在100~200 mg/L,自养AGS接种占比为75%~25%。利用响应曲面法分析各因素对TIN去除的影响,确定最佳运行工况。显著性影响因子排序为:外投碳源浓度>污泥浓度>自养AGS质量占比。最佳工况为:泥量浓度4957.22 mg/L、外投碳源浓度200 mg/L、接种自养AGS质量占比57.78%,对TIN去除率的预测值为94.06%。This paper investigated the denitrification performances of aerobic granular sludge(AGS)for treating simulated wastewater with the ratio of carbon to nitrogen of 5.The effects of sludge concentration,exogenous carbon source dosage and mass proportion of autotrophic AGS on the removal efficiency of total inorganic nitrogen(TIN)were explored by single factor experiments,and the suitable range of each influencing factor was determined as follows:sludge concentration in the range of 4000~6000 mg/L,exogenous carbon source concentration in the range of 100~200 mg/L,and the mass proportion of seed autotrophic AGS in the range of 75%~25%.The response surface method was employed to analyze the influence of each factor on TIN removal efficiency and to determine the optimal operational parameters.The significant of influencing factors in descending order was as follows:dosage of exogenous carbon source,sludge concentration and mass proportion of autotrophic AGS.The optimal operational parameters for nitrogen removal were as follows:sludge concentration of 4957.22 mg/L,exogenous carbon source dosage of 200 mg/L and autotrophic AGS mass proportion of 57.78%,and the predicted TIN removal efficiency was 94.06%.
