摘 要:为了进一步实现航运业节能减排,可以在面积开阔、光照充足的大型油轮甲板表面铺设船用太阳能光伏(PV)柔性支架。通过计算流体力学(CFD)数值计算方法研究船用柔性支架风荷载影响因素及分布规律。结果表明:光伏阵列风荷载与纵向间距成反比,当纵向间距比超过1.8时,各排光伏板风荷载基本不随纵向间距比变化,此时各排光伏板力矩值相差小于3倍。增加纵向光伏板数量可使中间位置光伏板荷载分布更加均匀。基于计算结果,在设计船用柔性支架时,首排可选用强度较大的钢索,并布置15排以上的光伏阵列,控制纵向间距比为1.8,以针对性地提升结构可靠性,避免前排光伏板弯矩超限;同时使各排光伏板风荷载分布更加均匀,相关研究结论将为船用柔性支架的工程设计和布置提供依据。In order to further realize energy saving and emission reduction in the shipping industry,marine solar photovoltaic(PV)flexible supports can be laid on the deck surface of large oil tankers with open area and sufficient light.The wind load influencing factors and the distribution law of marine flexible supports are investigated by the numerical calculation method of computational fluid dynamics(CFD).The results show that the wind load of the PV array is inversely proportional to the longitudinal spacing,and when the longitudinal spacing ratio exceeds 1.8,the wind load of each row of PV panels basically does not change with the longitudinal spacing ratio,and at this time the difference in the value of the moment of each row of PV panels is less than 3 times.By increasing the number of longitudinal PV panels,the load distribution of PV panels in the middle position can be made more uniform.Based on the calculation results,when designing the marine flexible support,the first row can choose the steel cable with greater strength and arrange more than 15 rows of PV arrays,controlling the longitudinal spacing ratio of 1.8,in order to enhance the reliability of the structural in a targeted way,avoid the bending moment of the front row of PV panels exceeding the limit,and at the same time make the wind load distribution of PV panels of all rows more uniform.The relevant research results will provide the basis for the engineering design and arrangement of the marine flexible support.
