传导发射测量不确定度评定在核电仪表控制系统检测中的应用

摘  要:随着核电技术的不断发展,核电仪表控制系统对电磁兼容性的要求也在不断提高。如果系统不具备足够的电磁兼容性,就会影响其安全、稳定运行。因此如何获得准确、可靠的电磁兼容测量结果就显得尤为重要,而测量结果的准确可靠与否与测量结果的不确定度密不可分。目前尚没有文章对传导发射测试不确定度分量的来源及分量计算方法进行详细的分析。本文通过对测量信号类型、设备测量原理和测试链路进行研究,给出了传导发射不确定度评定的数学模型和完整的计算方法,为核电仪表控制系统实验室在发射领域进行不确定度评定提供了参考。With the continuous development of nuclear power technology,the requirements for electromagnetic compatibility in nuclear power instrument control systems are also constantly increasing.If the system does not have sufficient electromagnetic compatibility,it will compromise its safe and stable operation.Therefore,it is particularly important to obtain accurate and reliable electromagnetic compatibility measurement results,and the accuracy and reliability of measurement results are closely related to the uncertainty of measurement results.At present,there is no article that provides a detailed analysis and calculation of the sources of uncertainty components in conducted emission testing.This paper studies the types of measurement signals,equipment measurement principles,and testing pathways,and presents a mathematical model and a complete method for evaluating uncertainty.It provides a valuable reference for uncertainty evaluation in the field of emission in nuclear power instrument control system laboratories.
