摘　　要：2022北京冬奥会在中国成功举办,冰雪项目受到全国人民的关注,花样滑冰项目作为一项极具身体美感的冰雪体育项目,在短时间内受到了极高的关注度。该文的研究目的是探究花样滑冰的身体表现与舞蹈的身体表现之间存在的异同,侧重于研究分析花样滑冰和舞蹈的身体表现力,从多个维度对花样滑冰和舞蹈的身体表现力进行分析,希望能够为未来中国花样滑冰项目的身体表现力提升,提供一些启发。With the success of the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics in China,ice and snow events have receivedattention of the whole country,and the figure skatingprogram,as a very physically beautiful ice and snow sports,has receivedhigh attention in a short period of time.The purpose of this paper is to explore the similarities and dfferences between the physical performance of figure skating and the physical performance ofdance,focusing on the research and analysis of figure skating and dance,and analyzing the physical performance of figure skating and dance from multiple dimensions,hopingto provide some inspiration for the improvement of the physical performance of Chinese figure skating programs in the future.
