功能性训练在芒市第一中学足球体育特长生中的运用研究

摘　　要：功能性训练作为一种新型的训练方式,被越来越多的人所认可和接受,并且在很多领域得到重视。然而在边疆地区的部分学校体育训练中的认知度并不高,甚至存在一定的局限。该文通过使用文献资料法、问卷调查法、逻辑分析法、访谈法等研究方法,从教师和足球体育特长生的角度出发,对芒市第一中学足球体育特长生功能性训练的运用情况进行调查以及深入地了解,为该校体育教师后续对足球体育特长生进行功能性训练提供一定的参考。Functional training,as a new type of training method,has beenrecognized and accepted by more and more people,and has been valued in many fields.However,it is not well recognized in sports training in some schools in border areas,and even has some limitations.The paper investigates the use of functional training for soccer sports specialties in Mangshi No.1 Middle School as well as provides an in-depth understanding of the use of functional training for soccer sports specialties in Mangshi No.1 Middle School from the perspectives of teachers and soccer sports specialties through the use of research methods such as the literature method,questionnaire survey method,logical analysis method,interview method,etc.,which provide certain references for the school's physical education teachers to follow up on functional training for the soccer sports specialties.
