长江三角洲地区大型体育场馆管理输出的制约因素与对策

摘　　要：国家对全民健康的高度重视,极大地提升了全民健身的热情,体育场地资源使用率迅速提升,同时体育场地不足的问题也日益凸显。该文运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、德尔菲法和层次分析法,分析大型体育场馆管理输出的制约因素,并提出对策。大型体育场馆管理输出的制约因素是输出方管理团队的沟通能力、决策能力、资源调配能力,输入方设施建设水平和双方彼此信任程度。据此,提出相应对策:切实提高输出方管理团队的沟通能力、决策能力和资源调配能力;高度重视输入方场馆设施建设水平;加强双方沟通,增强彼此信任。The state attaches great importance to the health of all people,which greatly enhances the enthusiasm of national fitness,and the utilization rate of sports venue resources israpidly increasing,while the problem of insufficient sports venues is also becoming increasingly prominent.This paper uses literature review,expert interviews,Delphi method,and Analytic Hierarchy Process to analyze the constraints onthe management output of large-scale sports venues and propose countermeasureTs.he constraints for the output of large-scale sports venue management are the communication ability,decision-making ability,and resource allocation ability of the management team of the output party,the level of facility construction of the input party,and the degree of mutual trust between both parties.Based on this,corresponding countermea sures are proposed:to effectively improvethe communication ability,decision-making ability,and resource allocation ability of the output management team;to attach great importance to the construction level of venue facilities for the importing party;and to strengthen thecommunication between both parties and enhance mutual trust.
