省际公共图书馆联盟发展策略——以京津冀图书馆联盟为例

摘　　要：文章在调研我国省际公共图书馆联盟建设发展概况基础上,以京津冀图书馆联盟为主要研究对象,梳理了该联盟在健全机构设置、联合开展阅读推广活动、开展文化帮扶、支持雄安新区图书馆建设中取得的成果,并提出缩小京津冀地区文化发展的差距、加强京津冀三地图书馆资源共建共享、进一步联合开展阅读推广活动、推进京津冀三地一卡通借通还等京津冀图书馆联盟发展策略。Based on the investigation of the development of the inter-provincial public library alliance in China,this article takes the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei library alliance as the main research object,sorts out the achievements of the alliance in improving institutional settings,jointly carrying out reading promotion activities,providing cultural assistance,and supporting the construction of libraries in Xiong'an New Area.It also proposes the development strategies of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei library alliance,which is to narrow the gap in cultural development in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,strengthen the resource co-construction and sharing of libraries in the three regions,jointly carry out reading promotion activities,and promote the one card through borrowing and repayment service in the three regions.
