摘  要:文章调研分析我国10家公共图书馆读者证的使用情况和管理现状,指出存在的问题,并提出公共图书馆读者证管理优化策略,即构建多层次安全防护体系,提升电子读者证安全性;打造城市群特色“一卡通”读者证,延伸通借通还服务范围;优化成人读者证与少儿读者证管理,提升读者借阅体验;拓展读者证使用范围,助力文旅融合发展;以读者需求为导向,建立和完善读者证使用反馈机制。This article investigates and analyses the usage and management status of reader's cards in 10 public libraries in China,puts forward the problems,and proposes optimization strategies for reader's cards management in public libraries to address shortcomings,namely build a multi-level security protection system and improve the security of electronic reader cards;create a unique"one card"reader card for urban agglomerations and extend the scope of borrowing and returning services;optimize the management of adult and children readers'cards to enhance the borrowing experience for readers;expand the scope of reader's cards usage and assist in the integrated development of culture and tourism;establish and improve a reader's cards feedback mechanism guided by reader needs.
