摘　　要：文章阐释公共文化服务均等化的内涵和意义,以天津市滨海新区图书馆为例,探讨区属公共图书馆推进公共文化服务均等化的路径,即健全图书馆总分馆制,做好免费开放服务工作,依托“汽车图书馆”打通阅读服务“最后一公里”,开展社会化合作,推进智慧图书馆建设,依托现代物流技术提升文献传递效率。This article explores the connotation and significance of equalization of public cultural services.Taking the Binhai New Area Library in Tianjin as an example,it explores the paths for district owned public libraries to promote equalization of public cultural services,that is,improve the mechanism of library branches,do a good job in providing free and open services,rely on car library'connects the last mile of reading services,carry out socialized cooperation,promote the construction of smart libraries,rely on modern logistics technology to improve the efficiency of literature dissemination.
