摘　　要：文章分析天津图书馆智库型决策咨询服务实践,指出当前公共图书馆智库型决策咨询服务面临信息资源储备不够、专业人才培养不足、服务模式缺乏创新、决策需求把握不准等问题,提出公共图书馆强化智库型决策咨询服务的建议,即建设服务于智库的信息资源体系;加强智库人才队伍建设;利用智能技术赋能智库服务;精确把握决策需求,打造自有智库品牌。This article analyzes the practice of think tank decision-making consulting services in Tianjin Library,points out that the problems of current public library think tank decision-making consulting services,such as insufficient information resource reserves,insufficient professional talent training,lack of innovation in service models,and inaccurate grasp of decision-making needs.Suggestions are put forward for public libraries to strengthen think tank decision-making consulting services:building information resource system serving think tanks;strengthening the construction of think tank talent teams;empowering think tank services with intelligent technology;accurately grasping decision-making needs and creating their own think tank brands.
