摘　　要：在全球新一轮科技革命和产业变革的背景下,康复医疗产业的发展迎来新挑战、新机遇。新质生产力通过新要素、新技术、新产业,为康复医疗产业高质量发展提供重要的导向作用。在理解新质生产力赋能康复医疗产业高质量发展的理论基础上,以数据要素为基础、科技创新为引领、新兴产业为导向,深刻把握新质生产力赋能康复医疗产业高质量发展的逻辑关系,通过人才队伍建设、科技工具更新、市场需求洞察,共同助力康复医疗产业的高质量发展,为实现全民健康国家战略贡献力量。Amidst the backdrop of a new global technological revolution and industrial transformation,the development of the rehabilitation medicine industry faces new challenges and opportunities.New quality productive forces,through new elements,technologies,and industries,provide significant guidance for the high-quality development of the rehabilitation medicine industry.Based on an understanding of the theoretical foundation of new quality productive forces and the high-quality development of the rehabilitation medicine industry,this study profoundly understands the logical relationship between new quality productive forces and the high-quality development of the industry.By focusing on data as the foundation,technological innovation as the leader,and emerging industries as the direction,and through the construction of talent teams,updating of scientific and technological tools,and insights into market demands,we can jointly facilitate the high-quality development of the rehabilitation medicine industry and contribute to the national strategy of achieving universal health.
