摘　　要：在当前科技进步、社会发展和人民群众健康需求不断提升的背景下,新质生产力作为以创新驱动为核心的先进生产力形式,通过优化生产要素配置和推动产业升级,为康复医学高质量发展提供了重要推动力。本文从新质生产力的内涵出发,分析其赋能康复医学人才高质量培养的理论逻辑及实践路径,包括提升康复医学人才的综合素质、创新教育手段、拓展服务对象和优化实践路径等方面。Against the backdrop of technological progress,societal development,and the continuous enhancement of people's health needs,new quality productive forces,as an advanced form of productivity driven by innovation,provide key impetus for the high-quality development of rehabilitation medicine by optimizing the allocation of production factors and promoting industrial upgrading.This article starts from the connotation of new quality productive forces and analyzes the theoretical logic and practical pathways for empowering the high-quality cultivation of rehabilitation medicine talent,including promoting the comprehensive quality of rehabilitation medicine personnel,innovating educational methods,expanding service groups,and optimizing practical pathways.
