摘　　要：针刀治疗在慢性软组织损伤疾病中的应用广泛。传统针刀治疗是在非直视下进行操作,对操作者的解剖知识和手法经验要求极高,且难以避免因解剖变异导致的组织损伤风险。近年来,随着肌骨超声的推广普及,超声引导下的可视化针刀治疗在慢性软组织损伤中的应用日益广泛。本文通过查阅近年来肌骨超声在针刀治疗中应用的相关文献,结合作者的临床经验,简要阐述了肌骨超声在针刀治疗中的重要性,旨在推动肌骨超声在针刀治疗中的进一步应用。Needle knife treatment is widely used in chronic soft tissue injury diseases.Traditional needle knife treatment is performed without direct visualization,requiring a high level of anatomical knowledge and manual experience from the operator,and it is difficult to avoid the risk of tissue damage due to anatomical variations.Recently,with the promotion and popularization of musculoskeletal ultrasound,the application of ultrasound-guided visual needle knife treatment in chronic soft tissue injuries has become increasingly widespread.This article reviews the relevant literature on the application of musculoskeletal ultrasound in needle knife treatment in recent years,combined with the author's clinical experience,and briefly explains the importance of musculoskeletal ultrasound in needle knife treatment,aiming to promote further application of musculoskeletal ultrasound in needle knife treatment.
