摘  要:以贵州难浸金矿矿粉作为原料制作矿物碳糊电极,通过浸金体系在不同温度、不同浓度和不同pH的NaClO溶液中进行电化学研究。结果表明,在NaClO浸金体系中,较优浸出条件为,NaClO溶液浓度0.7~0.9mol/L,浸出温度30~35℃,pH=13.5。验证实验表明,在NaClO浓度0.9mol/L,反应温度为30℃,溶液pH=13.5的条件下浸出3 h,金平均浸出率为93.38%。The mineral carbon paste electrode was prepared by using the refractory gold ore powder from Guizhou province as raw material,and the electrochemical study was carried out in a gold leaching system with NaClO solution as the leaching agent under the conditions of different temperatures,different concentrations and different pH values.The results show that the optimal leaching conditions are as follows:0.7~0.9 mol/LNaClO solution concentration,leaching temperature at 30~35℃and pH=13.5.Typically,an average leaching rate of gold reached 93.38%when the leaching was conducted at 30℃for 3 hours in 0.9 mol/L NaClO solution with a pH value of 13.5.
