摘　　要：“觉解”兼具“觉”和“解”的双重意涵。作为人类民主政治新范式的全过程人民民主,深刻体现了中国共产党人的政治伦理在理论意蕴层面的“自觉”与道德实践层面的“自抉”。通过对其主体角色、权威工具、载体场域、价值策略等核心维度的“解析”,全过程人民民主的政治伦理架构得以清晰呈现。这种基于道德视角的深刻解读,将在“觉”和“解”的逻辑场域内,进一步阐明全过程人民民主如何从“善政”走向“善治”的政治伦理自觉。“Consciousness”has the dual meaning of both“perception”and“solution”.As a new paradigm of human democracy,the whole-process people’s democracy profoundly demonstrates the theoretical“self-consciousness”and ethically practical“self-choice”of Chinese Communists’political ethics.Through the deconstructive analysis of its subject role,authority tool,carrier field,value strategy and other core dimensions,the political ethical framework of whole-process people’s democracy can be clearly presented.This profound interpretation based on moral perspective will further clarify the political ethical consciousness of whole-process people’s democracy from“good politics”to“good governance”.
