摘  要:为解决金属矿井通风系统调控滞后的突出问题,合理设置矿井风流参数监测传感器建立矿井风流智能监测系统,采用深度学习方法构建矿井通风系统AI算法模型,应用矿井通风三维仿真系统模拟数据库训练和测试AI算法模型,形成风流参数智能感知系统。应用多属性决策理论和方法,依据矿井需风量调控要求,建立了矿井通风智能调控系统。根据矿井智能通风原理,提出了包含矿井通风三维仿真系统、风流监测系统、智能感知与决策系统、智能控制系统的金属矿井智能通风系统架构和智能调控方法,开发了矿井智能通风系统运行管控软件平台。在某金属矿山的工程应用结果表明:矿井智能通风系统能实时智能感知作业区域的风流参数,且误差低于5%,解决了制约金属矿井智能通风系统建设的关键技术问题;可实现矿井通风系统实时动态智能调控、井下火灾风险点的实时监测和预警预报、主扇一键反风、矿井通风数据统计与分析等。研究成果对于确保矿井风流按需有序流动、保障矿井通风系统稳定可靠运行、有效预防矿井中毒窒息事故发生、节约通风能耗等具有重要意义。In order to solve the prominent problem of lagging regulation and control of metal mine ventilation systems,an intelligent monitoring system of mine air flow is established by setting the monitoring sensor of mine air flow parameters reasonably.An AI algorithm model of the mine ventilation system is constructed by adopting the deep learning method,then the mine ventilation three-dimensional simulation system simulation database is used to train and test the AI algorithm model,therefore,an intelligent perception system of wind flow parameters was formed.The multi-attribute decision-making theory and method are applied to establish the intelligent control system of the mine ventilation system according to the regulation and controlling requirements of mine air demand.Based on the principle of mine intelligent ventilation,the metal mine intelligent ventilation system architecture and the intelligent control method is proposed,which including the mine ventilation three-dimensional simulation system,the air flow monitoring system,the intelligent perception and decision-making system and the intelligent control system,and an operation and control software platform of mine intelligent ventilation system is developed.The results of practical engineering application in a metal mine show that the mine intelligent ventilation system can intelligently perceive the air flow parameters in the operation area in real time,and the error is less than 5%,which has solved the key technical problems of restricting the construction of intelligent ventilation system in metal mines;the real-time dynamic intelligent control of the mine ventilation system,the real-time monitoring and the early-warning and forecasting at fire risk points of the mine,the one-click anti-wind of the main fans,and the statistics and analysis of mine ventilation data can also be achieved.The study results is of great significance for ensuring the orderly flow of mine air flow,ensuring the stable and reliable operation of mine ventilation system,effectively prev
