电力施工企业风险原因分析及内控措施研究

摘　　要：电力施工企业由于其工程项目的复杂性和特殊性,面临着多种风险,如自然灾害、施工技术、项目管理、施工人员、设备与材料、财务等。这些风险不仅影响着企业的经济效益,还可能危及企业的生存和发展。因此,对电力施工企业风险原因进行分析,并采取有效的内控措施非常重要。研究结果显示,在实施内控措施后,电力施工企业的风险得到了有效的控制和降低。电力施工企业要加强与同行业务交流,不断提高自身管理水平,以促进我国电力行业健康持续发展。Due to the complexity and specificity of their engineering projects,power construction enterprises face various risks,such as natural disasters,construction technology,project management,construction personnel,equipment and materials,and finance.These risks not only affect the economic benefits of enterprises,but may also endanger their survival and development.Therefore,analyzing the causes of risks in power construction enterprises and taking effective internal control measures,the results show that after implementing internal control measures,the risks of power construction enterprises have been effectively controlled and reduced.Intended to strengthen business communication with peers,continuously improve one's own management level,and promote the healthy and sustainable development of China's power industry.
