摘 要:旨在分析公路桥梁施工中混凝土裂缝的成因,并探讨有效的控制与修复措施。通过系统分析混凝土材料特性、施工工艺、环境因素及结构设计对裂缝产生的影响,采用实验研究与现场调研相结合的方法,对多个桥梁工程中的混凝土裂缝进行了成因分析和案例研究。研究结果表明,混凝土裂缝的产生主要受材料特性不均、施工工艺不当、环境变化及结构设计不合理等因素的影响。基于此,提出了裂缝的早期检测与监测、修复技术的应用以及长期监控与维护等应对措施。这些措施能够有效减少混凝土裂缝的产生并提高桥梁的结构安全性与耐久性,为公路桥梁工程提供可靠的技术支持和管理策略。Aim to analyze the causes of concrete cracks in highway bridge construction and explore effective control and repair measures.By systematically analyzing the characteristics of concrete materials,construction processes,environmental factors,and the impact of structural design on crack formation,a combination of experimental research and on-site investigation was conducted to analyze the causes and case studies of concrete cracks in multiple bridge projects.The research results indicate that the occurrence of concrete cracks is mainly influenced by factors such as uneven material properties,improper construction techniques,environmental changes,and unreasonable structural design.Based on this,measures such as early detection and monitoring of cracks,application of repair techniques,and long-term monitoring and maintenance have been proposed.These measures can effectively reduce the occurrence of concrete cracks and improve the structural safety and durability of bridges,providing reliable technical support and management strategies for highway bridge engineering.
