摘 要:随着卷烟行业的不断发展,质量控制与智能制造技术的融合已成为推动行业转型升级的关键。探讨了卷烟行业质量控制与智能制造技术融合的现状、挑战以及未来发展趋势。通过对卷烟生产过程中的质量控制点进行深入分析,结合智能制造技术在数据采集、分析处理、智能控制等方面的应用,提出了卷烟行业质量控制与智能制造技术融合的策略和路径。引入先进的智能制造技术,可以实现卷烟生产过程的智能化、自动化和精准化,从而提高卷烟产品的质量和生产效率。分析了融合过程中可能遇到的技术、管理和人才等方面的挑战,并提出了相应的解决方案。通过大数据和人工智能技术的应用,助力卷烟行业实现生产全过程的智能化监控与管理,进一步提升卷烟生产的精准度和效率,从而提升整个产业链的运行效率,实现更加细致化的质量控制。With the continuous development of the cigarette industry,the integration of quality control and intelligent manufacturing technology has become the key to promoting industry transformation and upgrading.This article aims to explore the current situation,challenges,and future development trends of the integration of quality control and intelligent manufacturing technology in the cigarette industry.Through in-depth analysis of the quality control points in the cigarette production process,combined with the application of intelligent manufacturing technology in data collection,analysis and processing,intelligent control,etc.,strategies and paths for the integration of quality control and intelligent manufacturing technology in the cigarette industry are proposed.Introducing advanced intelligent manufacturing technology can achieve intelligence,automation,and precision in the cigarette production process,thereby improving the quality and production efficiency of cigarette products.At the same time,potential challenges in technology,management,and talent that may arise during the integration process were also discussed,and corresponding solutions were proposed.The application of big data and artificial intelligence technology will help the cigarette industry achieve intelligent monitoring and management of the entire production process,further improving the accuracy and efficiency of cigarette production,thereby enhancing the operational efficiency of the entire industry chain and achieving more detailed quality control.
