公共建筑项目竣工验收阶段的工程质量管理研究

摘　　要：作为建筑工程项目的最终环节,竣工验收关乎建筑工程是否能够平稳运营以及质量效益。为保证建筑工程质量良好,应当及时对其展开竣工验收管理。以某公共建筑为例,对建筑竣工验收的主要内容及其作用进行分析。研究结果表明,在竣工验收环节存在一定的工程质量问题,包括隐蔽工程环节以及建材质量等问题。通过在竣工验收阶段加强建材以及隐蔽环节的管理控制,能够对工程质量起到有效的控制作用。As the final stage of construction projects,completion acceptance is related to whether the construction project can operate smoothly and achieve quality and efficiency.To ensure the good quality of construction projects,timely completion acceptance management should be carried out.Taking a certain public building as an example,analyze the main contents and functions of building completion acceptance.The analysis results indicate that there are certain engineering quality issues in the completion acceptance stage,including hidden engineering and building material quality problems.Strengthening the management and control of building materials and concealed links during the completion acceptance stage can effectively control the quality of the project.
