摘　　要：为衡量各地生态文明建设具体情况,论文从高质量发展和高水平保护两个维度构建包含31项指标的评价指标体系,运用熵权TOPSIS法对中国30个省份生态文明建设绩效进行综合评价。结果表明,2015—2020年中国各省份生态文明建设成效逐年提升,得益于污染防治工作的全面推进,高水平保护较高质量发展进展更明显;高质量发展和高水平保护在时空上存在区域性、累积性差异,高质量发展总体上具有东部高于西部、差距保持的特征,高水平保护总体上具有南部高于北部、差距缩小的特征。针对评价结果对当前生态文明建设提出建议,以期为生态文明建设进一步推进提供可资借鉴的意见参考。This paper constructs a 31 indicators evaluation index system in the dimensions of high-quality development and highlevel protection,and applies the entropy-weighted TOPSIS method to comprehensively evaluate the performance of eco-civilization construction in 30 provincial administrative regions in China.Results show that from 2015 to 2020,the performance of ecocivilization construction in all regions has been improved,and the progress of high-level protection was more prominent than that of high-quality development mainly owing to the prevention and control of pollution.The eastern regions generally performed better than the western regions in the dimension of high-quality development,and regional gap remained relatively stable;the southern regions generally performed better than the northern regions in the dimension of high-level protection,and regional gap narrowed.Suggestions for further improvement and implementation of eco-civilization construction are put forward based on to the results.
