摘　　要：依据集成场理论,将物流业高质量发展划分为业内集成和业间集成两种不同系列的发展模式。针对业内集成发展模式,融入新质生产力要素,探讨其战略、运行、创新、突变等机制。首先,介绍了网链合成场元与新质生产力在物流业高级化、高质量发展中的交融机制,并基于网络货运、外包物流等研究了业内和业外、境内和境外、微观经济动能和宏观政策势能等的辩证统一关系。接着分析了新质生产力在物流业集成优化中的分步整合与创新发展,讨论了物流集成高质量发展中的新质生产力导入以及需要完善的进阶机制等问题。通过集成场探方优一体化,为推动新质生产力融入物流业高质量发展提供了参考。According to the integration field theory,the high-quality development of the logistics industry can be divided into two different development modes,including intra-industrial integration and interindustrial integration.In this paper,considering the elements of new quality productivity and their application,we discussed in-depth the strategy,operation,innovation and mutation,etc.of the intra-industrial integration mode of the Chinese logistics industry.Firstly,we introduced the interaction of the elements of network-chain integration field and new quality productivity in the high-level and high-quality development of the logistics industry,pointed out the integration and mutation of the elements of the network-chain structure in the integration field,including integrator,base core and coupling key,and representative elements of new quality productivity,including knowledge,ecology,innovation and information,demonstrating the mechanisms of integration,networkchain optimization,linked innovation,and system upgrading,and discussed the problems encountered in the application of new quality productivity in the high-level practice and high-quality development mode of the logistics industry.Then,based on the practice of networked shipping and logistics outsourcing,we compared the difference and similarities of the high-quality development process of the logistics industry internally and with other industries in and outside of China,and analyzed the interaction between micro network-chain dynamics and macro logistics planning in the formation of the high-quality development mode.Next,we analyzed the step-by-step integration and innovation of the new quality productivity in the intra-industrial integrative optimization of the logistics industry from the perspective of the integration field,and pointed out that the elements of the new quality productivity not only played an important role in network-chain linkage,but also,by integrating into the network-chain,contributed to the creation,transmission,exchange and realization
