摘 要:碱促进CO_(2)参与C-H键羰基化反应因反应体系简洁,最终产物重要而得到了较大的发展,但同时该类反应存在反应温度高与碱用量大等诸多问题,因而系统地对此类反应进行总结和归纳对于问题的解决至关重要.基于此,将CO_(2)参与的羰基化反应分为内酯化反应和内酰胺化反应2大类(其对应的产物分别为酯类和内酰胺类杂环化合物),并依次对各类反应的最新研究进展进行综述,以期为该领域的研究和发展提供借鉴,并在最后对该领域的发展提出了展望.The carbonylation reaction of C-H bond involving CO_(2) promoted by alkali has gained great development due to the simplicity of the reaction system and the importance of the final product.However,there are still many problems to be solved,such as high reaction temperature and the use of a large amount of alkali.Therefore,a systematic summary and the generalization of this type of reaction is essential for the solution to these problems.Based on this,this paper categorizes the carbonylation reactions involving CO_(2) into two major types:lactonization reaction and lactamization reaction(resulting in ester and cyclic amide compounds,respectively),and provides a comprehensive review of the latest research progress for each type of reaction.It is hoped that this will provide necessary help and reference for the research and development in this field.Finally,at the end of the article,the development in this field is analyzed and prospected.
