摘  要:高层建筑地下空间较为复杂,一旦发生火灾易造成事故,为研究高层建筑地下空间的合理防火分区和疏散路径,确保人员安全和车辆疏散效率,对现有的高层建筑地下空间群的特点和地下交通布置进行论述和总结.通过方案理论分析及Pathfinder软件模拟,提出了一种地下空间跨越多层,与地下管廊及地铁融合的多层地下空间防火分区、人员疏散和车辆疏散的解决方案.结果表明,高层建筑群地下停车场防火分隔设计能满足人员与车辆疏散系统的设计与现有规范之间有较好衔接,可以有效控制火灾蔓延的风险;消防设计符合郑州金融岛工程实际疏散交通情况,并与地铁出口做到有效衔接,有效确定火灾下地下空间群的最佳疏散路线,提升了高层建筑群地下空间群的消防安全水平.The underground space of high-rise building is very complex,and it is easy to cause accidents in case of fire.In order to study the reasonable fire divisiont and evacuation routes in the underground space of high-rise buildings,and to ensure the safety of personnel and the efficiency of vehicle evacuation,this paper discusses and summarizes the characteristics of the existing underground space group of high-rise buildings and the underground traffic arrangement.Through the scheme theory analysis and Pathfinder software simulation,this paper presents a solution to the fire division,personnel evacuation and vehicle evacuation of multi-storey underground space which spans multi-storeys and merges with underground tunnel and subway.The results show that the design of fire-proof partition for underground parking lot of high-rise buildings can meet the requirements of the existing codes and can effectively control the risk of fire spread.The fire protection design conforms to the actual evacuation traffic condition of Zhengzhou Financial Island Project,can get conncted with the subway exit effectively,and can effectively determine the best evacuation route of the underground space complex under the fire.Thus,the fire safety level of the underground space group of the high-rise buildings is raised.
