摘  要:针对SPHC带钢表面经常出现的起皮、夹杂等缺陷引起的材质降级问题,通过全流程取样结合Factsage热力学计算等方法,跟踪分析了冶炼过程钢液洁净度和夹杂物的演变规律及合理渣系的控制范围,为降低带钢表面夹杂物缺陷的控制提供依据。研究表明:冶炼过程钢中主要夹杂物类型为氧化铝类夹杂物,其数密度呈现先降低后增多的趋势,转炉出钢阶段氧化铝类夹杂物数密度最大,吹Ar过程夹杂物数量显著降低,中间包浇注前期浇出钢过程夹杂物数量降低了70%以上,中间包过程存在一定二次氧化,全氧和夹杂物均有显著波动,这是大颗粒夹杂物的重要来源之一。Considering the material degradation problem caused by common defects such as peeling and inclusions on the surface of SPHC strip steel,the evolution law of steel cleanliness and inclusions during the smelting process,as well as the reasonable control range of slag system,were tracked and analyzed through full process sampling combined with Factage thermodynamic calculation methods.This provides a basis for reducing the control of surface inclusion defects on strip steel.This work has shown that the main type of inclusions in steel during the smelting process is aluminum oxide inclusions,with a trend of first decreasing and then increasing in number density.During the converter tapping stage,the number density of aluminum oxide inclusions is the highest,while during the Ar blowing process,the number of inclusions is significantly reduced.In the early stage of pouring in the tundish,the number of inclusions in the steel is reduced by more than 70%.There is a certain degree of secondary oxidation in the tundish process,and both total oxygen and inclusions fluctuate significantly,which is one of the important sources of large particle inclusions.
