摘  要:湘钢4高炉有效容积1800m^(3),二代炉役于2013年开炉,炉役后期铸铁冷却壁破损较多,严重影响了4高炉产能的发挥。4高炉于2021年11月份使用空料线回收煤气法进行停炉,在此次停炉前做了详细的准备工作,具体包括休风前的炉况调整、休风料的确定与装入及预休风高炉设备状态的调整。通过细致准备和精心操作,停炉过程中,实际料线与预测料线相一致,整个停炉过程安全可控。此次停炉共耗时9小时30分,停炉过程打水量990吨,成功实现全煤气回收停炉,成为湘钢有史以来用时最短的停炉记录,为后续安全、快速、高效停炉提供了技术经验。The effective volume of 4^(#) blast furnace is 1800 m^(3),the service period of the second generation began in 2013,and the cast iron cooling wall was damaged more in the later stage of service period,which seriously affected the production capacity of 4^(#) blast furnace.4 blast furnace was shut down in November 2021 by using the empty line gas recovery method.Detailed preparations were made before the shutdown,including:(1)adjustment of the furnace condition before the shutdown;(2)determination and loading of shutdown materials;(3)adjustment of the state of pre-shutdown blast furnace equipment.Through meticulous preparation and careful operation,the actual material line is consistent with the predicted material line during the shutdown process,and the whole shutdown process is safe and controllable.The shutdown took a total of 9 hours and 30 minutes,and the water volume was 990 tons,which successfully realized the full gas recovery shutdown,and became the shortest furnace shutdown record in the history of Xianggang.It also provided a classic technical case for the safe,fast and efficient shutdown of Xianggang in the future.
