摘　　要：介绍了采用炉外铁水预处理技术生产超高纯生铁的工艺技术,对超高纯生铁中有害元素的炉外脱除原理进行分析,介绍了铁水预处理的设备组成和设备结构。实践证明:高炉冶炼+炉外喷粉和氧枪吹氧的铁水预处理生产工艺及装备,可实现超高纯生铁的生产。This article introduces the production of ultra-high purity pig iron by hot metal pre-treatment technology outside furnace,analyzes the principle of removing harmful elements from ultra-high purity and high purity pig iron outside blast furnace,and introduces the equipment composition and structure of hot metal pretreatment equipment.The practice shows that the hot metal pre-treatment process and equipment of blast furnace smelting,powder spraying outside blast furnace and oxygen lance blowing can realize the production of ultra-high purity pig iron.
