摘　　要：KR脱硫是一项利用脱硫剂通过搅拌方式来实现脱硫的铁水预处理工艺,实施关键在于根据设备的结构特点和尺寸来选择最佳的操作工艺参数,确保脱硫具有良好的动力学条件。本文采用不同于常规搅拌的偏心搅拌工艺,选择合适的插入深度,搅拌速率和搅拌时间,同时控制脱硫剂的加料时间与总搅拌时间的合适比例,达到最佳的脱硫效果,经济效益显著。KRdesulfurization is a hot metal pretreatment process that uses desulfurization agents to achieve desulfurization through stirring.The key to its implementation is to select the best operating process parameters according to the structural characteristics and size of the equipment to ensure that desulfurization has good dynamic conditions.A new eccentric stirring process that is different from conventional strring was adopted by choosing the proper insertion depth,stirring rate and stirring time,and at the same time controlling the appropriate ratio of the desulfurizing agent feeding time and the total stirring time.And it could achieve the best desulfurization effect and create very significant economic benefits.
