摘　　要：Institute of Modern Physics,Chinese Academy of Sciences is the rst domestic institute that widely applied solid-state power source to linear accelerator project since 2011 in China.Up to now,the same design has already been considered for the large-scale scientific facilities in Guangdong Province of southeast China,China initiative Accelerator Driven System(CiADS).
