数字普惠金融发展能促进居民就业吗?——基于CFPS的微观证据

摘　　要：实现高质量就业是共同富裕的根基和保障。本文基于2014-2018年中国家庭追踪调查数据(CFPS),实证检验了数字普惠金融发展的就业效应及其作用机制。研究结果显示,数字普惠金融的发展会显著提高居民就业,且这一结论经过一系列稳健性检验后依然成立;数字普惠金融主要通过改善信息获取效率和提高小微企业创业活力进而促进居民就业。同时,数字普惠金融的就业效应在个体、企业、产业和地区上存在差异性。因此,要加快互联网基础设施建设,助力数字普惠金融发展,充分发挥数字普惠金融的稳定就业作用。鼓励数字技术创新升级,进一步降低金融服务门槛,充分发挥小微主体创业在数字普惠金融的就业促进效应中的重要作用。也应着眼于减小城乡差距,缩小“数字鸿沟”,以及加快产业结构升级步伐,深度激发第三产业就业潜力。High-quality employment is the foundation and guarantee of common prosperity.Based on the data of China Family Panel Studies(CFPS)from 2014 to 2018,this paper empirically tests the employment effect and mechanism of digital inclusive financial development.The results have showed that the development of digital inclusive finance will significantly increase employment,and this conclusion still holds after a series of robustness tests;digital inclusive finance promotes employment by improving the efficiency of access to information and the entrepreneurial energy of small and micro businesses.At the same time,the employment effect of digital inclusive finance is different among individuals,enterprises,industries and regions.Therefore,we will speed up the development of Internet infrastructure,boost the development of digital inclusive financial services,and give full play to its role in stabilizing employment.We will encourage the upgrading of digital technology innovation,further lower the threshold for financial services,and give full play to the important role of small and micro enterprises in the employment promotion effect of digital inclusive finance.It should also reduce the urban-rural gap,narrow the“Digital divide”and accelerate the upgrading of the industrial structure,so as to further stimulate the employment potential of the tertiary sector of the economy.
