摘 要:研究依据正在设计的天津某传染病医院,通过计算流体力学(CFD)数值模拟,为医院建筑的负压隔离病房提供合理的气流组织设计指导及运行指导。针对不同标准中提供的负压隔离病房的换气次数需求进行理论分析,对污染物排出时间进行对比,并进行能耗分析,最终给出传染病爆发期间合理的负压隔离病房的换气次数,并针对其空调运行提供指导。Based on the design of an infectious disease hospital in Tianjin,this study provides reasonable airflow organization design guidance and operation guidance for the negative pressure isolation wards in the hospital buildings through computational fluid dynamics(CFD)numerical simulation.In this study,a theoretical analysis was carried out on the demand for the air change numbers provided in different standards of the negative pressure isolation ward.This study compares the pollutant discharge time and carries out the energy consumption analysis.Finally,this study gives reasonable ventilation frequency of the negative pressure isolation ward during the outbreak of infectious period,and provides guidance for its air conditioning operation.
