不孕症患者护理需求评估量表的汉化及信效度检验

摘　　要：目的 对不孕症患者护理需求评估量表(Nursing Assessment for Infertility Women, NAFIW)进行汉化,并检验其信效度,评估不孕症患者的护理需求水平。方法 采用翻译、回译、检译的步骤对NAFIW进行汉化,邀请专家对量表进行文化调试,对162例不孕症患者进行问卷调查,采用项目分析、探索性因子分析、信度分析、描述性统计分析、t检验或单因素方差分析等方法进行数据处理。结果 中文版NAFIW具有较好的信度和效度,因子分析共分析出3个公因子,包括生理和心理、信息需求及支持需求三个维度,共15个条目,累计方差贡献率为69.884%。各维度Cronbach's α系数为0.905~0.913,总量表Cronbach's α系数为0.915;内容效度指数为0.898,结构效度KMO检验值0.889,Bartlett球形检验概率值P<0.01;不孕症患者总体护理需求水平较高,其中信息需求最高,其次是生理和心理需求,最低是支持需求。不孕因素、是否有过怀孕经历、ART治疗周期等因素与护理需求水平有显著相关性。结论 中文版NAFIW可以作为评估我国不孕症患者护理需求的有效工具。不同类型和阶段的不孕症患者存在不同程度和方面的护理需求,需要医护人员根据患者的具体情况进行个体化评估和干预。Objective To translate the Nursing Assessment For Infertility Women(NAFIW)into Chinese and to evaluate its reliability and validity.To assess the level of nursing needs of infertility women.Methods The NAFIW was translated into Chinese using the steps of translation,back⁃translation and proofreading.Experts were invited to conduct cultural adjustments on the scale,and a questionnaire survey was conducted on 162 infertile patients.Data processing methods such as item analysis,exploratory factor analysis,reliability analysis,descriptive statistical analysis,t⁃test,or one⁃way square analysis were used.Results The Chinese version of NAFIW had good reliability and validity.Factor analysis identified three common factors,including physiological and psychological dimensions,information needs,and support needs.There were a total of 15 items,with a cumulative variance contribution rate of 69.884%.The Cronbach'sαcoefficient was 0.905~0.913 in each dimension,and the Cronbach'sαcoefficient in the total scale was 0.915.The index of content validity was 0.898,the KMO test value of structural validity was 0.889,and the probability value of Bartlett spherical test P<0.01.The overall level of nursing needs for infertile patients was relatively high,with the highest demand for information,followed by physiological and psychological needs,and the lowest demand for support.There was a significant correlation between factors such as infertility,previous pregnancy experience,and ART treatment cycle and the level of nursing needs.Conclusion The Chinese version of NAFIW can serve as an effective tool for evaluating the nursing needs of infertility patients in China.Infertility patients of different types and stages have varying degrees and aspects of nursing needs,requiring personalized evaluation and intervention by medical staff based on the specific situation of the patients.
